Admission & Program
What are the admission requirements for the Mastère Manager des Affaires?
The Business Management Master's program is aimed at holders of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or equivalent (level 6). Holders of a BTS (Bac +2) with at least five years' experience may also be admitted, subject to dossier review.
How is the program organized and how long does it last?
The Master's in Management lasts 2 years (4 semesters), 120 ECTS, with a total timetable of 910 hours.
What are the languages of instruction?
The sandwich course is taught exclusively in French. For the initial training program, depending on the number of participants, an English version may be available.
When does training start?
The new school year is scheduled for October 2025.
Is the training recognized?
Yes, the Manager des Affaires program is recognized by the French government as RNCP 40257 (level 7 - equivalent to Master Bac+5). The program is also recognized as level 7 in the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).
Where is the campus and how do I apply?
The Master's program takes place at our Paris business school, in the 19ᵉ arrondissement, in our new premises opposite the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. Applications are considered in two stages: first, a file review (CV, covering letter, transcripts...), followed by an interview, after a selection based on a portfolio and tests (general culture, logic, English).
Work-Study Program
Is the program available as a sandwich course? What is the work-study schedule?
Yes, the Master's program is offered as an initial training program or as a sandwich course. The rhythm is 1 day in class / 4 days on the job.
Is there a cost for work-study programs?
No, fees are free for work-study students.
How much can part-time students earn?
From 27 % to 100 % of the minimum wage, depending on age and level of education.
What are the benefits for students?
Concrete professional experience, high-level RNCP diploma, easier integration into the company, tuition fees paid by the host company's OpCo.
What advantages does work-study offer companies?

Can a foreign student join the Business Manager program on a sandwich course?
Yes, a foreign student can enroll in a work-study Master's program in France, but the conditions vary depending on the student's nationality:
- EU/EEA/Switzerland: immediate integration possible on a sandwich course.
- Other nationalities: one year's residence/training in France required + administrative formalities for residence permit and work permit. For all applications, please check your individual administrative situation and contact the school for personalized information on the steps to be taken.

What skills does the program target?

How is the diploma assessed?
Continuous assessment, role-playing, assessment by company tutor, self-assessment and final oral. Each skill block (1 to 4) can be validated separately.

Specializations enable students in the Business Management Master's program to strengthen their skills in a specific area of management, to better prepare them for professional integration.

How are specializations organized?
Specializations are introduced in the second year of the Master's program (M2). Each student chooses an option from Audit & Finance, Organizational Development & HRM or International Business. Specific courses are combined with the core curriculum to provide both a global vision of management and targeted expertise.
