A teaching staff with multiple expertise
EMIS recruits teachers with diverse backgrounds, whether they are professors and researchers or working professionals. They all share a common mission: train for the jobs of tomorrow through innovative educational approaches rooted in the realities of the field.
The teaching team is made up of around twenty permanent and associate professors, supplemented by part-time professors and occasional lecturers. from the business world.
Our teachers hold doctorates and/or are graduates of the best universities and business schools, both in France and internationally. Their commitment extends far beyond teaching: they support learners and actively contribute to the development of our academic and professional partnerships.
In a dynamic of international openness, EMIS also welcomes guest professors from partner universities and schools around the world (Lebanon, Egypt, Great Britain, etc.). Each year, professionals and external consultants come to enrich the experience of our students by sharing their expertise, their vision and their know-how in contemporary management.

University professor, researcher at USEK Business School, and international consultant. Academic reviewer for Pearson, member of international journal review boards, and visiting professor at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and several higher education institutions internationally.

Dr. Serge RABIER
International Development and Gender Equality
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and a doctor in demography (Sorbonne Paris Cité University), Serge Rabier is an associate professor of development at Paris Descartes and Paris 1. Member of the High Council for Equality since 2013, renewed in 2016.

Dr. Karine MANGION-THORNLEY
Coaching and Leadership
Holding a PhD in Business from Oxford Brookes University and an ILM Diploma in Executive Coaching, she is certified coach and lecturer in organizational studies and specializing in leadership development and talent management.

Mr. Emmanuel CHEVREAU
Leadership and Human Development
Holding a Master's degree in Business Administration from HEC Paris, he has extensive experience in international development, particularly in Latin America. A leadership trainer and coach, he optimizes collaboration and the potential of teams, individuals, and organizations.

Dr. Mohammed CHARAF
Private Law and European Studies
Lebanese magistrate with a doctorate in private law (Paris-Nanterre) specializing in environmental criminal law. A researcher at CEJEC and a lecturer at several universities in Lebanon and abroad, he combines academic expertise with judicial practice.

Dr. Nisrine HAMDAN
Educational Director, Economics & Development
Holder of a doctorate in economics from Aix-Marseille University, lecturer at Saint Joseph University, Beirut, Lebanon, and professor at Paris Cité University. Specializing in market research and comparative analysis, she is an expert in educational sciences and university pedagogy.

Mr. Alexandre HARKOUS
Entrepreneurship, Private Equity and Fintechs
Expert in finance, management, and engineering, graduated from UTC (France) and Chalmers (Sweden), with over 35 years of experience in fintech and asset management. Founder of three investment companies and BI-SAM, a global leader in performance tools, sold to Factset.

Mr. Xavier LEPAGE
Strategic Intelligence and Organization
An expert in decision support and strategic intelligence, he supports companies as they adapt to complex environments. He designs and implements systems to anticipate developments, structure decision-making, and act effectively within their ecosystem.

Dr. Meer ABHARAHMAN
Management Control and Relations

Holder of a doctorate in management science, he is a teacher, researcher, and consultant in environmental management. Specializing in management control, international relations, and public finance, he holds a Master of Science in International Finance from the IAE Aix Graduate School of Management.

Dr. Maggy GRABUNDZIJA
Gender and Social Inclusion
Holder of a doctorate in anthropology (EHESS), she is a researcher and consultant in gender and development. She advises public and private actors on equality, inclusion, and transformative approaches, in line with CEDAW and UN Resolution 1325.

Dr. Fatim RHAZI
Organization and Management of Human Resources
Holder of a doctorate in management sciences, she is a researcher and lecturer at Panthéon-Assas University, Paris-Dauphine University, and EPF Engineering School. She combines academic and practical expertise in consulting, specializing in public management, human resources management, and innovation.

Dr. Jean Bilal SAADE
President, Project Management and
International Development
Holder of a PhD in management sciences from Paris II Panthéon-Assas, he is a teacher, trainer, and senior consultant. Specializing in project design and management, he has over 25 years of experience with EuropeAid and the World Bank in the MENA region.

Dr. Toni SAKR
Audit, Accounting and Risk Assessment
Holder of a doctorate in management sciences (University of Bordeaux) and certified by the CIA, he is a Chartered Accountant in Lebanon and a lecturer and researcher at Cnam Liban. With 16 years of experience, he has conducted risk assessments and contributed to the reform of accounting systems.

Mrs. Joanna TAHTOUH
Finance, Accounting and Taxation
A PhD student in management sciences at CREM, University of Rennes, and a certified public accountant (CPA), she has over 5 years of experience in auditing and accounting. Her research focuses on alternative performance measures and their regulation.
