EMIS Business School offers a complementary specialization module for our Business Management Master's students and professionals, enabling them to acquire advanced skills in the fields of human resources management (HRM) and organizational development, perfectly in tune with today's economic, strategic and organizational challenges.

Presentation of the Mastère Business Manager specialization in HRM and Organizational Development

This specialized Business Management Master's program completes the training of our future managers by providing them with the key skills to adopt a strategic organizational approach, develop expertise in project management, and strengthen their leadership and team management skills, in order to foster sustainable growth, innovation, and individual and collective fulfillment.
The program aims to train professionals capable of supporting the transformation of organizations and designing high-impact strategies. Objectives include managing change, optimizing HR processes and implementing management policies that foster innovation and team commitment. Thanks to an approach combining theory and practice, students acquire a strategic vision while developing their analytical and leadership skills.

Learning objectives

At the end of the specialized Organizational Development and HRM training program of the Mastère Manager des Affaires, the learner will be able to :

  • Analyze and manage organizational and HR performance: Analyze organizational and human resources performance, assess situations and formulate effective action plans. Manage complex projects thanks to a complete mastery of the project management lifecycle and control and monitoring methods.
  • Develop and deploy operational and sales strategies: Design and execute strategic initiatives adapted to the specificities of local and international markets, including stakeholder management, supply chain management and logistics flow optimization.
  • Leading multicultural teams: Recruit, coach, motivate and develop diverse teams and partners in complex, multicultural and international environments. Mobilize leadership, strengthen team cohesion, lead conflict management and mediation, ensuring commitment and strategic communication.
  • Design and manage strategic management and innovation projects: Develop strategic visions based on analysis of the internal and external context. Integrate innovation and technological tools, notably artificial intelligence, to transform business processes and inform decision-making.
  • Develop skills and implement continuing education initiatives: Implement training plans aligned with organizational strategy to reinforce key skills, project management and adaptation to current economic, strategic and organizational challenges.

Admission requirements and prerequisites

Students preparing the Business Management Master's degree

Hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or a level 6 certification.
Admission is also open to holders of a BTS (Bac+2) or level 5 qualification, with at least three years' professional experience in an accounting and finance department, subject to a personalized assessment of the application.

Study of the application file: The file must include a CV, a cover letter, diplomas obtained as well as transcripts.

Admission tests: Candidates take tests assessing their knowledge of general knowledge, logic, and English. A 20-minute individual motivational interview completes the selection process.
