Learning objectives
At the end of the training, the learner will be able to:
- Analyze a market via strategic intelligence, define a relevant target audience and assess the competition. Build and manage a sales strategy, draw up a budget forecast and present strategic choices to management.
- Implementing and monitoring a sales strategy via performance indicators. Structure and lead a sales team, implement tools and processes to optimize sales efficiency. Anticipate risks and adjust actions according to results and the environment.
- Define a team management and coordination strategyLead and mobilize internal and external teams. Ensure operational follow-up and manage conflicts effectively. Set up HR systems to promote skills development, and adjust practices according to needs.
- Manage teams and sales activity via performance indicators. Define and implement motivational strategies, integrating multicultural issues that influence strategic decisions. Master financial and sales reporting tools, manage sales projects, support change and optimize profitability.

- Block 1 - RNCP40257BC01 : Define and implement a sustainable sales strategy in line with the profitability targets set by the management committee.
- Block 2 - RNCP40257BC02 : Develop sales activity by winning and retaining customers, using the digital transformation processes implemented by the company.
- Block 3 - RNCP40257BC03 : Manage a team of employees and a network of partners (follow-up, leadership, support, recruitment).

Prerequisites: initial, continuing or sandwich course training
Admission is also open to holders of a BTS (Bac+2) or level 5 qualification, with at least five years' professional experience, subject to a personalized assessment of their application.
Access conditions
Admission to the Master of Business Management to EMIS Business School in Paris is based on an application file. Applications must include a CV, cover letter, diplomas and transcripts.
Admission tests include general knowledge, logic and English. A 20-minute individual interview completes the selection process.

Professional certification
The Mastère Manager des Affaires is a level 7 professional certification (Fr and Eu) equivalent to a Bac +5 registered with the RNCP code 40257 will be delivered to candidates who have validated the four required skill blocks.
Skills block validation
Each block of skills can be validated independently of the others, leading to the issue of a block certificate. A block of competencies is validated when all its component competencies have been validated. A competency is considered validated if more than 50% of its assessment criteria have been met.
