Objectives 

At the end of the training, the learner will be able to:

Target Skills of the Business Manager Master's (RNCP40257)

The Master's in Business Management awarded by EMIS Business School in Paris prepares students to develop key skills in management and commercial strategy, in accordance with RNCP40257.

  • Block 1 - RNCP40257BC01 : Define and implement a sustainable sales strategy in line with the profitability targets set by the management committee.
  • Block 2 - RNCP40257BC02 : Develop sales activity by winning and retaining customers, using the digital transformation processes implemented by the company.
  • Block 3 - RNCP40257BC03 : Manage a team of employees and a network of partners (follow-up, leadership, support, recruitment).
  • Block 4 - RNCP40257BC04 : Managing a profit center.

Prerequisites: initial, continuing or sandwich course training

To integrate the two-year training program, the candidate must:
Hold a validated professional diploma or certification at level 6.
By way of exception, candidates who can demonstrate three years of post-secondary education and two years of professional experience (including apprenticeships) may also be admitted.
To integrate the training in one year, the candidate must:
Hold a validated Bachelor's degree plus one year of study (Bac +4) or an equivalent qualification registered with the RNCP (grade transcript specifying pass or promotion to the next year).
And a waiver of instruction for the following skill blocks:
RNCP40257BC01 Skills Block – Define and implement a sustainable business strategy according to the economic profitability objectives set by the management committee
• RNCP40257BC02 Skills Block – Develop business activity through customer acquisition and retention by leveraging transformation processes.
This exemption from teaching the blocks mentioned above does not entitle you to an equivalence; the competency blocks concerned will be assessed during the Grand Oral.

Admission Requirements – Application

  • You will receive a response within 24 hours. If your application is approved, you will be invited to an educational interview within the next three days.
  • At the end of the interview, we will give you our final admission decision.

  • Applications are accepted until the end of October for the current year; thereafter, they are postponed or considered for the following session.

Professional certification

The Master Business Manager is a professional certification enrolled in RNCP40257, level 7 which will be issued to candidates who have validated the four required competency blocks.

Skills block validation

A competency block is validated when all of the competencies it comprises have been validated. A competency is considered validated if more than 50% of its assessment criteria are met.
