FACULTY – EMIS Business School Paris

At EMIS, teaching is a commitment. Our faculty brings together about twenty permanent and associate professors: teacher-researchers from the academic world, experienced trainers, and active practitioners in the business world. Complementary profiles, united by the same ambition: to train operational managers, capable of deciding, collaborating, and inspiring through innovative teaching approaches rooted in the realities of the field.

A human-centered pedagogy

Our teachers train professionals, not just technicians. Leadership, communication, posture, and decision-making are worked on at the core of each course — not on the sidelines. The objective is clear: that each student leaves the training with solid vocational mastery, affirmed managerial skills — and above all, the ability to lead, listen, and care for others.

An individualized approach, rooted in the collective

EMIS is recruiting teachers who believe in proximity-based teaching. Each program is tailored to the student's profile and objectives. Learning takes place in small groups where feedback is continuously incorporated, allowing for real adjustments and collective progress. Holding doctorates or degrees from top French and international business schools, our professors combine academic rigor with practical experience.

A community, not a promotion

In groups of 17 to 22 students, each teacher knows their students—their ambitions, their strengths, their doubts. EMIS also welcomes visiting professors from Lebanon, Egypt, Great Britain, and elsewhere, as well as external consultants who enrich discussions with their vision of contemporary management. Together, they help make EMIS a center of expertise: a space of trust, rigor, and collective commitment.
