The Professional Certification Program for Business Managers, EMBA Entrepreneur track, is designed for those who want to transform their vision into a real project and their dream into sustainable success. Designed as a true leadership catalyst, this program allows participants to gain a complete mastery of strategic levers: business vision and planning, business development, and High-level negotiation, talent management, and profit center management. In 6 months of intensive learning, participants affirm their leadership style, structure their entrepreneurial project, and shape the balance between ambition and performance.

– Hold a degree or professional certification at level 6 (3-4 years of university study or equivalent) – no experience required
– or hold a professional diploma or certification at level 5 (Associate's degree or equivalent) with at least 3 years of professional experience in management and/or sales.
A waiver may be granted for justification of level 6 with an eAt least 2 years of experience in management and/or sales.
A waiver may be granted for justification of level 5 in the managerial and commercial field with at least 5 years of experience in the sector.
EVALUATION METHODS
The various assessment methods make it possible to verify the acquisition of all the skills, knowledge, competencies and skill blocks constituting the diploma. These elements are assessed by continuous monitoring and/or a final assessment and can be in the form of professional scenarios:
- Group projects (teamwork)
- Practical work and problem solving
- Case studies, Role-playing / Serious game
- Multiple choice questionnaire
- Oral presentation
- Professional file
- Certifying Evaluation: Final Oral Exam
Goals :
General objective: Enable the participant to design, manage, lead, and develop a business project or business unit by integrating strategy, commercial & sales, HR, performance management, and entrepreneurship dimensions.
Skills targeted by the RNCP40257 framework:
- Define and implement a sustainable business strategy based on
Economic profitability objectives set - Develop business activity through customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage a team of employees and a network of partners
- Manage the activity of a profit center
Skills targeted by the Entrepreneur track (outside the framework):
- To bring an entrepreneurial project (creation or development) through to the investor pitch and business plan.
- Accompany each participant in the design and development of their entrepreneurial project until the pitch before a jury.
Access conditions
